Hi - when will the Cabinet Office launch the new Find a Tender portal which replaces the OJEU?

Thank you for your query.

The Find a Tender Portal will go live on 1 January 2021. For further information, please see the GOV.UK guidance on Public Sector Procurement here.

Thanks. If a seller has registered on Contract Finder before 1 January will they be able to see opportunities on Find a Tender when it goes live?

Thank you for your post. The GOV.UK guidance outlines that all Contract Finder accounts will automatically be given access to publish notices on Find a Tender.

Hi - we may be at cross-purposes; if a seller (tenderer) is registered on the CF portal to keep tabs on forthcoming opportunities to tender, will they also be able to view opportunities that are posted in future on Find a Tender or will they have to register on Find a Tender to see those opportunities?

Thank you for your post.
Suppliers wishing to access public sector contract opportunities in the UK where the procurement is launched after 23:00 on 31 December 2020 will need to register and access FTS to see those opportunities.
Existing Contracts Finder account holders will be able to use the same login credentials for Find a Tender.
